Terms of Service for Legacy Counsel

Introduction

These terms govern your access to legacy planning support and senior-focused legal guidance provided by Legacy Counsel (the “Company”). By engaging our services or acquiring our materials, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

1.1 Legacy Planning Support

Legacy planning sessions are scheduled upon request. Fees must be settled in full at least 48 hours before the appointment. You may reschedule with no penalty if notice is given at least 24 hours before the session. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are not eligible for reimbursement due to resource commitments.

1.2 Senior-Focused Legal Guidance

Guidance packages for seniors are tailored to individual needs. Full payment is required upon enrollment. Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the first consultation, and fees will be credited to the original method within 30 days. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are not eligible for credit because of preparatory work already conducted.

2. Informational Products

Digital guides and templates are delivered electronically. You may request a cancellation within 14 days of purchase if the product has not been downloaded. A full reimbursement will be processed to your original method within 14 days of approval. After the download, no reimbursements are available given the immediate access provided.

3. Physical Materials

Printed booklets and legal forms are shipped to your address. You may send back unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for reimbursement, less any shipping costs. Reimbursements are credited to your original method within 14 days of receipt of the sent-back items. Opened or personalized materials cannot be sent back due to confidentiality requirements.

4. Reimbursement Processing

All approved reimbursements are processed as credits to the original payment method. Processing times may vary but are generally completed within the timeframes noted above. For inquiries about a reimbursement, please contact our support team.

5. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms at any time by updating this document on our website. Continued use of our services or materials after any change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
